The coke oven doors are intended for locking the chambers of coke oven on coke and machine sides of the battery, the material covers grey cast iron, ductile iron, and vermicular graphite cast iron etc. Now vermicular graphite cast iron is common used due to more minimizes warpage and cracking, long working life and low  maintenance cost.

The armor plates are intended for reinforcement of coke oven brickworks, protection of outer parts of heating walls and oven input (output) holes against mechanical damages and they are the base for frame installations. The armor plate is an iron casting of complex configuration, and differ in dimensions (4.3m, 5.5m, 6.25m, 7.2m,7.63m etc.) and weight suitable for the chamber volume. 

Coal Charging Car is the main equipment of coke oven machinery, these machines are designed for loading the coal charge in the coke battery ovens, including two types of top charging and stamping, with heights of coking chamber of 4.3m,5m, 5.5m, 6m, 6.2m, 7m and 7.63m .

Coke pushing cars are applied to push coke out of the carbonization chamber. Its main structure includes steel framework, traveling mechanism, side port opening device, coke pushing device, plumbago cleaning device, coal leveling device, lubricating system and driving cab etc.

Coke guide car is designed for coke-oven battery service, a coke guide car is usually applied in working conditions where there are narrow spaces, high temperatures, thick dusts and smokes. Our coke guide cars are made to have good stability so that it can open and close the oven port, locate the coke guide precisely and easily.

The coke quenching car is intended for receipt of hot coke from coke oven, transportation of coke to the quenching tower where the same is quenched by water, transportation of the cooled coke to the coke wharf and unloading.

Features of coke quenching cars:

•One spotting coke receiving and coke quenching technology is used;

•New type of heat resistant cast iron plates to suit with the working condition of thermal shock
