Coke pushing cars are applied to push coke out of the carbonization chamber. Its main structure includes steel framework, traveling mechanism, side port opening device, coke pushing device, plumbago cleaning device, coal leveling device, lubricating system and driving cab etc.
Coke guide car is designed for coke-oven battery service, a coke guide car is usually applied in working conditions where there are narrow spaces, high temperatures, thick dusts and smokes. Our coke guide cars are made to have good stability so that it can open and close the oven port, locate the coke guide precisely and easily.
The coke quenching car is intended for receipt of hot coke from coke oven, transportation of coke to the quenching tower where the same is quenched by water, transportation of the cooled coke to the coke wharf and unloading.
