Grate bar is the main part of sintering machine. The grate bars are intended for holding and transporting the ore mill by forming a trough space with the railing plates on the pallets.

For Cr25 high Cr grate bars are inoculated with multiple active elements so its toughness increased largely, ak value achieved 8~12J/cm2, inoxidizability also increased 50~80%, shell mould casting, good surface roughness, accurate dimension.
